What we collect

We collect only what you enter in the enquiry form on an opportunity page, together with the reference code of the opportunity you were viewing and the date and time you submitted it.

You are asked to provide:

• Full name
• WhatsApp number
• Business email
• Company name

You may also, if you choose, provide:

• City
• How you would like to participate
• Annual turnover band
• Designation
• State
• Website
• Relevant past experience
• Anything else you would like us to know

We also record the two confirmations you tick when you submit: that your organisation meets the stated eligibility criteria, and that you acknowledge DealConnectra™ acts as an intermediary.

Why we use it

We use these details only for the DealConnectra™ opportunity you enquired about and others like it: managing your enquiry, communicating with you, making introductions, and following up.

We do not use details submitted through DealConnectra™ for unrelated marketing.

Services we use

Enquiry and contact details you submit may be recorded in Zoho CRM, a third-party customer-relationship-management service used by TenderPR Intelligence to manage enquiries and follow up with you about DealConnectra™ opportunities.

We also rely on third-party services for website hosting, communications and customer relationship management in support of these purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as they are reasonably needed for the purposes above. We review them at a point 24 months after the last meaningful interaction about that enquiry or opportunity.

At that review, records are deleted or anonymised where they are no longer reasonably required — unless there is a continuing reason to keep them, such as a legal or contractual obligation, a dispute, fraud prevention, accounting, or an ongoing commercial relationship.

This review is carried out by us, not automatically. Records are not deleted automatically at 24 months.

Requests about your details

You can ask us to review, correct or delete the details you submitted by writing to support@dealconnectra.com. We will act on your request except where we have a continuing reason to keep the information, as described above.

Who this is for

DealConnectra™ is intended initially for Indian businesses and commercial counterparties, and for opportunities relevant to the Indian market. The site may nonetheless be reached from elsewhere.

Changes

We may update this notice as DealConnectra™ develops. The version on this page is the current one.
